Postpartum Doula

The baby is born and I need help!

 Are you an overwhelmed first timer or possibly an experienced mom just needing an extra hand? Maybe you desperately need a nap or 15 minutes for a shower but the baby wont stop crying, don't worry, I am there to help you out! I'll make sure the baby is fed, changed and well taken care of while you take a much needed and well earned break. Simply put, my goal as a Postpartum Doula is to make your life easier.

Shifts
  1. Shifts can be tailored to your families exact needs.

  2. It can range from a short 2 hours all the way up to 12 in one shift.

  3. A minimum total of 16 hours is required, though a maximum hour total is up to you!

  4. Day, Night, or combination shifts are available.

These are things I WILL help with

  1. Light housework

  2. Cooking and meal preparation

  3. Bottle feeding or breastfeeding support

  4. Bathing, clothing and diapering baby

  5. Any sort of non invasive medical care mom or baby may require

These are things I WILL NOT help with

  1. Errands or transportation of the baby outside of the home

  2. Major home repair/furniture assembly

  3. Invasive medical care

  4. Mediating familial disputes
